The company ArtPozolota declares to its customers that the product does not meet the requirements and we are ready to exchange it.
Pursuant to the “Law on the Protection of the Rights of Accomplices”, buyers of our store have the right to replace or return the goods within 14 days after purchase, if the goods are not satisfactory and cannot be retaliated against. Exchanges and returns are made through Nova Poshta.
The buyer can:
- exchange unclear goods.
- turn the unclear goods and remove them to a new size. Returns are processed within 3 business days from the moment the seller collects the item from the designated delivery service.
Which product facilitates exchange:
- the product is subject to formalization in the store.
- the product is in original packaging with tags, stickers, undamaged.
Products added no later than 14 days ago.
You can return an unclear item or exchange it if:
- the product has not been used and does not show any traces of use by the buyer: chips, abrasions, scratches, stains, etc.
- the product is complete and packaging is preserved.
- saving all stickers and labeling.
- the product retains its vitality and commercial appearance.
Delivery details when turned:
- when returning a product and purchasing a new product, the buyer pays shipping costs. When sending a new product, it only takes place after removing and inspecting the product that is rotating.
- if the goods do not correspond to the description due to the seller’s fault, the seller will pay the delivery at the expense of the seller.
How to turn an unclear product:
-Call us and let us know about our plan to return the goods.
- provide the number of the declaration of delivery and the number of the bank card to turn over the sums.
- after receiving the goods for 3 business days, we will return the items or replace the goods.
- transfer of costs, commissions for the seller’s rakhunok.
Refunds are made after the seller picks up the goods, on the card or by penny transfer from Novaya Poshta, within 3 business days from the moment the seller picks up the goods in the delivery service.
We only cover the delivery amount at times if the goods are unclear. If the goods are in good condition, all delivery costs are paid by the buyer.
Always check the goods when you pick them up. If the packaging is damaged or the goods are damaged, fill out a certificate of confirmation and notify us by the phone number listed on the website of our company.
